Common Questions

Honest answers to questions about IRVIS

Yes. IRVIS is free during our beta period. No credit card is required. We will give at least 30 days advance notice before introducing any charges. Beta period duration is not fixed.
We implement security measures including bcrypt password encryption, per-account data isolation, and rate limiting. Other users cannot access your data under normal operation. However no internet system is completely secure. This is a beta product and we strongly recommend maintaining your own offline backup of all important business data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
The Smart Assistant works best with Hindi and English commands. It understands basic transaction commands like "10 kg iron kharida Ram se 1200 mein." Support for other Indian languages is being improved. It may not understand all commands correctly — if it does not understand, use the manual transaction form instead.
IRVIS generates invoice documents based on data you enter. The format follows general GST invoice structure. However IRVIS is not a certified GST service. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Always verify generated invoices with your chartered accountant before using them for tax purposes.
No installation needed. IRVIS works in any modern browser on mobile or desktop. Just open irvis.in and start. Works best on Chrome browser.
Yes. The shop owner can create separate worker accounts. Each worker accesses the same shop data. Owner can manage worker accounts from the dashboard.
IRVIS is in beta and may have bugs or issues. If you face a problem, email us at makarand.prime@gmail.com with details. We will try to respond and fix issues as quickly as possible. This is why we recommend always keeping your own backup of important data.
Yes. Email makarand.prime@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and your username. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
